Mark has recently been speaking across the London diocese to clergy and lay people on practicing Sabbath rest. He has also been lecturing on Leviticus in a variety of contexts. His latest project will move out of the Pentateuch and into a biblical theology of wine. This monograph will explore the material and metaphor of wine used in the Bible and how this gift of God becomes a sign both of God’s blessing and his judgement.
